Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how PostBridge ("we", "us") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our hybrid social publishing platform, including the web dashboard and the Chrome extension. By using PostBridge you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and an encrypted password used to authenticate you.

Connected accounts: OAuth tokens and credentials for the social platforms you connect. These are encrypted at rest and used solely to publish and read content on your behalf.

Content: the posts, media, schedules, and workspace settings you create in PostBridge.

Usage data: log and device information needed to operate the service, including extension heartbeat and publishing job status.

How we use your information

We use your information to authenticate you, schedule and publish your posts through official platform APIs and the Chrome extension, provide reporting, and keep the service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal information.

The Chrome extension

The extension publishes from your own logged-in browser session for platforms without a suitable API. It never bypasses logins or captcha and does not transmit your platform passwords to our servers. It receives only the scheduled post content and reports back the publish status.

Data retention and security

We retain your data while your account is active and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after account closure. Secrets and OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard encryption.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and disconnect any connected platform at any time from your workspace settings. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
